How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions purchased through the mobile app are managed by the App Store. Open iOS Settings, tap your name, choose Subscriptions, select Guitarmanac, and tap Cancel Subscription. On Android, open the Play Store, tap your profile icon, choose Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions, select Guitarmanac, and cancel from there. Subscriptions purchased on the web can be managed from your billing settings on guitarmanac.com.
How do I restore a purchase on a new device?
Sign in with the same account you used to subscribe, open Upgrade to Pro, and tap Restore purchases. Your active subscription will be recognized automatically.
I signed in on mobile and my web data is missing
This usually means you signed in on mobile with a different email than you used on the web. Sign out on mobile, then sign back in using the exact same email address (and sign-in method) you used on guitarmanac.com. If you need help consolidating two accounts, email us and we'll sort it out.
The tuner isn't picking up my guitar
Make sure you've granted microphone permission to Guitarmanac in your device settings, and that no other app is currently using the microphone. Audio is processed entirely on your device — we never record or transmit audio.
How do I delete my account?
In the mobile app, go to Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your account and all your progress, songs, and practice history. Your App Store or Play Store subscription (if any) will continue billing until you cancel it through your store settings.
I found a bug or have a feature request
Email us with as much detail as you can. Bug reports and feature ideas from players are the single biggest reason the app keeps getting better.
