The Faug chord
An augmented chord raises the 5th of a major chord by one fret. It sounds unresolved and is often used to lead into the next chord.
Numbers on the dots are fingers: 1 index, 2 middle, 3 ring, 4 pinky. ○ means play the string open and × means don't play it. Orange marks the root note. The tab reads from the low E string to the high E string.
